Seeing the will of all, with the inspiration of Mrs. Keladevi, her son Mr. Mahendra Kumar Mittal and grandson Mr. Vikas Kumar Mittal (the one with religion thorn) provided 6 bighas of land for the establishment of a college in the memory of their father and grandfather Late Shri Jagannath Ji Mittal,which is situated at a distance of about 300 meters from the main road opposite Baba Haridas Marg.

Along with education, it is also necessary to participate in co-curricular activities for the all-round development of boys and girls. Talented boys and girls related to sports should also shine in the sports world of the country, hence the utility of sports venue has also been considered essential. This requirement was fulfilled by Shri Somprakash Dhiman ji, a brick kiln businessman (currently resident of Saharanpur) by giving 10 bighas of land in memory of his father Late Shri Ratanlal Dhiman ji.The college was started only after getting the support of these great personalities.
